SPECIAL GUIDELINES - COVID-19
Following the guidelines of the Health & Safety department an in an effort to continue to keep everyone protected we will be taking extra precautions to ensure your safety.
We implemented a contactless checkout, and will collect all paperwork through our website before each appointment.
Filling out this paperwork will be mandatory at least 48 hours before your appointment.
You will also be asked to:
Disclose any travel completed in the 14 days prior to their appointment.
Disclose any contact with any person known or suspected of having COVID-19 within the last 14 days.
Make sure that you not exhibit any common symptoms of COVID-19 including fever, dry cough, chills, recent loss of smell/taste, shortness of breath, extreme fatigue, recent headaches, muscle pain, or a sore throat.
Arrive alone for your appointment.
You must wear a mask.
Please wait in your car - call us when you arrive.
Only bring in necessary personal items (we will not be serving beverages, please bring your own).
We will take your temperature and ask you to wash your hands.
RESCHEDULING POLICY
We appreciate your business. So that we can best serve all our clients, please be advised of the following policies.
Arrival Time
We ask that you please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your appointment time. We will do our best to accommodate late arrivals. However, the length of service may be adjusted so as to not interrupt the scheduled appointments of other guests. Full price of scheduled service will apply, so please plan accordingly.
Cancellation Policies and Fees:
Your spa treatment appointments are reserved especially for you. We value your business and ask that you respect the spa’s scheduling policies. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Any cancellation within less than 24 hours of your scheduled appointment is subject to a cancellation fee amounting to 50% of the cost of the scheduled service. Clients who miss their appointments without giving any prior notification will be charged in full for the scheduled service. We recognize the time of our client’s and staff is valuable and we function on a “by appointment only” basis. We might possibly have traveled to the spa specifically for your service. When you schedule your appointment with us, you are agreeing to these policies. All services require a credit card to guarantee a reservation, so please have your credit card ready when booking an appointment. You will not be billed unless there is a cancellation or missed appointment. Upon checkout, guests may choose their method of payment.
Prices and Services
Prices and services are subject to change without notice. We will do our best to keep our clients up to date on any changes that may occur but encourage all clients to inquire about pricing and available services when booking your appointment.
Contraindications
A contraindication is a medical condition or factor that can deem a client ineligible for a particular treatment. In order to ensure client health safety, you must fill out a complete medical history form. In addition, consents for certain treatments must also be read and signed. If, upon review of your history, we find you are not a candidate for your scheduled treatment, we may recommend another treatment route. Please feel free to call or email any questions about medical conditions or potentially contraindicated medications before your scheduled treatment.
